Confidentiality Agreement

By using the iComplexity Score website, submitting information through forms, joining the waiting list, posting comments, accessing restricted areas, or using any future assessment tools, you acknowledge that certain information exchanged between you and iComplexity Score may be confidential. Confidential information may include, but is not limited to, company names, project descriptions, project data, industrial project characteristics, complexity assessment inputs, business information, technical details, strategic information, and any other information reasonably understood to be confidential due to its nature or the context in which it is submitted.

iComplexity Score is committed to using confidential information only for legitimate purposes related to operating the website, responding to user requests, managing access, improving the platform, supporting the future complexity assessment system, and generating results or reports requested by authorized users. We will not intentionally disclose confidential information to unauthorized third parties, except when required to provide technical services through trusted providers, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, protect the security of the platform, or enforce applicable terms and policies.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authority to submit confidential information to iComplexity Score. Users must not submit information belonging to third parties, employers, clients, contractors, public entities, or private organizations unless they are duly authorized to do so. Users also agree not to disclose, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to extract protected methodologies, calculation logic, platform structure, reports, internal documentation, or any non-public information related to iComplexity Score without prior written authorization.

This confidentiality commitment does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed without access to confidential information, lawfully obtained from another source, already known before disclosure, or required to be disclosed by law, regulation, court order, or competent authority. The confidentiality obligations described here remain applicable for as long as the information retains its confidential nature.
